Bhutan Cancer Society

Empowerment Through Knowledge & Hope Bhutan Cancer Society (BCS) is a Public Benefit Organization registered under the Civil Society Organizations Authority (Reg no. CSOA/PBO-337). Bhutan Cancer Society was founded by Ms. Dechen Wangmo, a public health specialist and Dr. Ugyen Tshomo, a Gynae-oncologist in Jigme Dorji Wangchuck National Referral Hospital. BCS was officially launched by HRH Ashi Kesang Wangmo Wangchuck on 4th February 2015 coinciding with World Cancer Day.
